IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please remember that you will not be able to participate in the upcoming rodeo without a current report card on file with the district membership secretary.  Please mail a copy of your report card as soon as it is received to Danette Toso, membership secretary.

• Current membership forms for CHSRA and NHSRA are available from the CHSRA web site.
   
  • District 5 High School Members sponsorship form - $150 worth of sponsorships must be turned in to Debbie Harvey by Nov. 1st in order to remain in good standing.
  • District 5 Wranger Division sponsorship form - $75 worth of sponsorships must be turned in to Stephanie Nabors by Nov. 1st in order to remain in good standing.
